- Profile Information: Name (optional), age band, body profile details, style preferences, email/login credentials (for premium features).
- Usage Data: Outfit selections, likes, skips, saved looks, navigation behavior.
- Uploaded Media: Images uploaded for styling or try-ons (processed only to generate personalized outputs).
- Device & Technical Info: Device type, OS, app version, IP, identifiers, crash reports.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide styling recommendations, enable features, improve services, communicate updates, and ensure security. We also use anonymized data for analytics and platform insights.
3. AI & Third-Party Services
We may securely share styling preferences, body profile tags, and optional uploaded images with AI partners. These partners are contractually bound to delete inputs within 72 hours and not repurpose personal data. No PII (e.g., name, email) is shared.
4. Cookies & Web Analytics
Our website may use cookies for analytics, design improvements, and campaign measurement. No personal data is stored. You may disable cookies via browser settings.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Uploaded images are deleted within 72 hours from third-party systems. Styling preferences and look history are retained until deletion is requested. To delete your account, email support@pocketstylist.ai.
6. Your Rights (DPDP Act, 2023)
You may access, correct, delete your data, or withdraw consent under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 by emailing support@pocketstylist.ai.
7. Data Security
We use encryption, access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. Authorized personnel only. Breach notifications will follow applicable law.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are for users aged 18+. If underage data is found, it will be deleted promptly.
